Assigned Revenue is our double witbier brewed with a melange of hyper fresh dark munich malt, a conflation of fragrant unmalted wheat, and sappy coconut cream. Fermented cool and lagered for 4 weeks upon dense cacao nibs and a beautiful amount of delicate kombucha. Hopped with mandarina bavaria and aggressively with nuanced hallertau. Luscious notes of really pretty real texturally rich ripe apples, lush ethiopian coffee, and big sticky icky icky green.
