Installation is our goopy precious stout brewed with a hefty dose of desserty vibrant pale chocolate malt and a spaceship full of comforting fragrant tacos. Fermented in oak with luscious blood orange pith and a ton of ephemeral guava. Hopped with an inordinate amount of falconer's flight, a huge helping of juicy hop varietals, and kohatu. Singing with notes of dank nuanced campari spritz, ripe hop bomb bright pink grapefruit, and boundless wilderness.
