Enzyme is our gnostic irish dry stout brewed with exceedingly aromatic unmalted wheat and deep n sticky white sage. Fermented with gobs of really nice maitake mushrooms, sappy vanilla flowers, subtle freestone peaches, and fresh pressed meyer lemon. Hopped with mountains upon mountains of calypso and at an insensible rate with almighty strata. Huge notes of vibrant smoky guava, supple bright brilliant campari spritz, and zoning out in front of a fire.
