Insured Supporting is our goopy everyday rye brewed with an amalgam of organoleptic classic specialty malts, dense bohemian dark malt, refreshing ripe spelt, and zippy vibrant vanilla flowers. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with tart riesling juice and heaps of thick n delicious mineral water. Hopped with semi-sweet amarillo, in the kettle with pacific jade, intensely refreshingly dry hopped with hallertau blanc, and comforting motueka. Huge notes of really pretty wholesome drippy coconut tiki drinks, creamy soft brilliant white chocolate, bottomless jasmine, and golden dandelion.
