Fermented and conditioned in our french oak foudres with sun melted meyer lemons, a couple generous fistfuls of pungent lime leaves, and just a bit of semi-sweet apple puree. Hopped with azacca and then aggressively dry hopped with ripe nelson sauvin. Notes of smoky bright pink grapefruit, drippy lush matcha latte, and barny bedrock.
