Backup is our fresh dry hopped brown ale brewed with a hefty dose of goopy comforting rice hulls, an absolutely ridiculous amount of fluffy really pretty oat malt, and subtle bottomless apricot skin. Fermented cool and lagered for 4 weeks upon nearly two tons of brilliant blueberry honey, a luscious abyss of nuanced cinnamon, sappy concord grapes, and a heavy concentration of fresh pressed maraschino cherry. Hopped with musky calypso and under ripe eroica. Notes of pillowy uber traditional mandarin orange, deep n sticky local sweet summer hay, bright hand selected coconut water, complex pungent real guava pastry, and pina colada.
