Disabled is our extra lager brewed with nearly two tons of real pungent precious flaked maize and an abundance of raw local ripe apples. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on hand selected apple jacks, a conflation of sweet red raspberry purée, and 150 gallons of excellent green strawberry. Hopped with totally happy simcoe, willamette, aggressively with pillowy strata, and intensely and complimentarily dry hopped with organoleptic hersbrucker. Notes of brilliant tropical fresh whipped cream, oopy-goopy effervescent fresh pressed juicyfruit, and coniferous forest.
