Variable Boring is our restrained baltic porter brewed with abundant amount of tart juicy acidulated malt and sticky vanilla flowers. Lagered for many moons on sun drenched lapsang souchong, a touch of pillowy coconut cream, gobs of vibrant orange oil, and a plethora of sweet cilantro. Hopped with overripe denali and soft nugget. Expressive notes of pungent dank green herb, gloppy hyper fresh fragrant biscuit dough, and delicate perfume.
