Contrast is our fresh pressed ever evolving amber brewed with really nice pilsner malt, lively crystal rye malt, and an amalgam of fragrant signature tahitian vanilla beans. Fermented in our french oak foudre on a plethora of brilliant toasted coconut and effervescent cinnamon. Hopped with amarillo, then aggressively dry hopped with musky calypso, and gritty pacific gem. Expressive notes of thick n delicious lush grapefruit pith, sun melted comforting white pepper, deep deep delicate dense green tea, and damp forest.
