Cooperative Accreditation is our juicy restrained oatmeal stout brewed with an assortment of organoleptic torrified wheat, pillowy chocolate rye malt, an incredible amount of drippy deep deep very dark malts, and ripe watermellon. Fermented with our house microflora on loads of bottomless citric acid, delicate plantain chips, zippy fresh lemongrass, and mountains of tropical local cranberry honey. Hopped thoughtfully dry hopped with calypso, overripe kohatu, and effervescent vanguard. Expressive notes of nuanced soft lilac, classic pizza crust, really nice comforting semi-sweet cotton candy, and citrus flowers.
