Worker is our over-the-top saison brewed with pungent kiln coffee malt, an extraordinary amount of luscious spelt, vibrant annatto seed, and smoky wholesome yuzu juice. Barrel fermented on fluffy gobs of bright caramel and a huge helping of really pretty lactose sugar. Hopped with greensburg, tropical denali, sorachi ace, and and intensely dry hopped with sterling. Beautiful notes of exceedingly aromatic deep candied kiwi, comforting vanilla flowers, and spring & summer days.
