Invalid is our brettanomyces forward double ipa brewed with texturally rich dark crystal malt and sticky fluffy annatto seed. Dosed with overripe jasmine rice, a huge helping of hop bomb donut peach, raw apricot skin, and a couple generous fistfuls of classic pink grapefruit. Hopped with fresh pressed huell melon, an incredible amount pungent waimea, nuanced simcoe, and solely in the kettle with willamette. Hints of subtle chewy caramels, really nice sugar cookies, totally happy white pepper, and coniferous forest.
