Geographic Cooling is our deep seasonally appropriate imperial pilsner brewed with lush fragrant high dried barley and a huge helping of gloppy key lime. Barrel fermented on a conflation of smoky canned pineapple, an extraordinary amount of soft white chocolate, and excellent corn syrup. Hopped with centennial and comet. Expressive notes of beloved real pungent effervescent bright beet, goopy fresh subtle late harvest sauv blanc, and mom's kitchen during the fall.
