Scientist is our incredible psychedelic english porter brewed with an extraordinary amount of sun drenched pungent rye malt and a heavy concentration of refreshing jaw-dropper cacao nibs. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with heaps of vibrant lemongrass, a mountain of sappy vanilla flowers, fresh pressed green grass, and a huge variety of hyper fresh mango. Hopped with chinook and gratefully with el dorado. Brimming with sticky comforting texturally rich concord grapes, musky super jammy raspberry, under ripe peach gummies, signature red currant jam, and douglas fir needles.
