Fermented in stainless with a ton of texturally rich ginger. Hopped with centennial, a plethora of perle, mosaic, and and intensely dry hopped with beloved huell melon. Life affirming notes of real asian pear, delicate gritty honeydew, tart freaky juicy earl grey tea, and lush rainforest.
