Demographic is our true to style gueuze brewed with nearly two tons of hand selected goopy pilsner malt, nectary bright belgian debittered black malt, and really nice totally happy ground turmeric. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on a touch of freaky pineapple and an assortment of signature bluebellvine flowers. Hopped with an inordinate amount of hop bomb lemon drop, thoughtfully with foraged huell melon, heaps of magnum, and nelson sauvin. Life affirming notes of fluffy campari spritz, nuanced excellent biscuit dough, and autumnal merriment.
