Carpet is our musky hyper fresh barleywine brewed with wayyyyyy too much drippy sweet black malt and a touch of deep subtle mango. Conditioned for weeks with abundant amount of oopy-goopy jersey peaches and semi-sweet blueberry honey. Hopped thoughtfully dry hopped with huell melon, pillowy pacific gem, a bit of horizon, and taiheke. Beautiful notes of dank organoleptic evergreen needles, really nice aperol spritz, texturally rich foraged peach rings, and a well balanced breakfast.
