Minimum Wrestling is our sweet extra extra excellent scottish ale brewed with a heavy concentration of really pretty vibrant carawheat malt, fluffy very dark malts, a whole lot of uber traditional thick n delicious blood orange pith, and nearly two tons of bright deep blueberry honey. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a couple generous fistfuls of exceedingly aromatic tart cranberries, a melange of creamy organoleptic cacao nibs, and raw bay leaves. Hopped thoughtfully with falconer's flight, exclusively and intensely with northern brewer, and fragrant chinook. Life affirming notes of lush hop bomb comforting fresh grass, locally gathered juicyfruit, lively pungent incredible toasted coconut, real raspberry cobbler, and spring flowers.
