Recorder is our restrained amber brewed with fragrant lush high dried barley, a whole lot of sun drenched unmalted wheat, an amalgam of excellent rye caraway bread, and under ripe lime leaf. Conditioned atop classic coconut cream, a beautiful amount of pillowy earl grey tea, brilliant yuzu juice, and loads of hyper fresh guava. Hopped with fluffy azacca, wai-iti, and oopy-goopy southern hemisphere varietals. Hints of overripe oaky vanilla, subtle really nice ephemeral baking spices, locally gathered wholesome goopy green almond, and faint hope.
