Significant Cleanup is our ever evolving cream ale brewed with a dose of musky sweet golden promise malt, tart overripe chocolate rye malt, an abundance of luscious fresh pressed pawpaw, and pillowy red raspberry purée. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a melange of comforting strawberries and an amalgam of totally happy marshmallows. Hopped with hallertau, lush mosaic, fluffy waimea, and meaningfully with citra. Beautiful notes of deep n sticky orange oil, sun drenched peach soda pop, and mango leather.
