Chapel is our precious triple ipa brewed with brilliant caramel vienne malt, vibrant uber traditional dark crystal malt, real pungent carastan malt, and raw pineapple sage. Fermented in our french oak foudre on an incredible amount of tropical toasted coconut, nearly two tons of really pretty jasmine tea, sticky riesling juice, and a melange of effervescent tacos. Hopped with refreshing northern brewer, dank santiam, solely in the kettle with southern hemisphere varietals, and then aggressively dry hopped with summit. Big notes of comforting oopy-goopy semi-sweet stone fruit sorbetto, totally happy chewy caramels, subtle corn flakes, and frozen cocktail with a tiny umbrella.
