Educational Innovation is our trappist-esque imperial ipa brewed with a heaping dose of lush very dark malts, mountains of semi-sweet english roasted barley malt, nectary raw wheat, and a selection of under ripe zippy cinnamon. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with a mountain of supple riesling juice, wayyyyyy too much vibrant honey, and a luscious abyss of goopy hibiscus flowers. Hopped oh so aggressively with ahtanum, citra, and effervescent northern brewer. Beautiful notes of tart sun melted orange oil, sun drenched organoleptic fragrant green tea, pungent creamy berry jam, and mmmmmmmmmmmm.
