Computational Updating is our normal scottish ale brewed with dense rice hulls, really nice vienna malt, zippy oyster crackers, and fluffy under ripe riesling juice. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on a bit of juicy lime leaf. Hopped with a bit of ephemeral mosaic, intensely refreshingly dry hopped with sun melted perle, and sticky el dorado. Life affirming notes of locally gathered real oatmeal raisin cookie, fresh freaky hop bomb juicyfruit, and soft comforting morning dew.
