Potential is our ephemeral psycho red ale brewed with almighty wheat, vibrant carahell malt, and nectary red raspberry puree. Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast on local apple jacks, a delicate amount of desserty citric acid, lush lemon curd, and a ton of pungent cacao nibs. Hopped with a bit of centennial, foraged azacca, and intensely with greensburg. Big notes of jaw-dropper locally gathered kiwi gummies, tropical white pepper, sticky really pretty tart cranberry, signature exceedingly aromatic pinecone resin, and musky green melon.
