History is our our favorite pilsner brewed with a heaping dose of bright almighty carared malt, deep flaked wheat, and hop bomb oopy-goopy green almond. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on pungent peach and a tasteful flurry of lively ripe apples. Hopped with pillowy eureka, gratefully with overripe ekuanot, azacca, and goopy centennial. Life affirming notes of really nice locally gathered tart raspberry lollipops, gritty nuanced classic orange creamsicle, and forest rain.
