Chronic Acceptance is our highly meditative pilsner brewed with luscious flaked rye, a heaping dose of fresh rice hulls, and soft locally gathered ground turmeric. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on deep deep apricots, a selection of gloppy rhubarb, almighty yuzu juice, and comforting passionfruit. Hopped with sun drenched mosaic, pacific jade, hop bomb denali, and a spaceship full of goopy mandarina bavaria. Bursting with notes of precious sticky fluffy candied kiwi, raw fragrant lambrusco, and fun.
