Applied Fellowship is our personally selected russian imperial stout brewed with fluffy gobs of complex soft pilsner malt, precious flaked oats, and an extraordinary amount of pungent hyper fresh brown butter. Fermented in oak with a huge variety of comforting passionfruit, a spaceship full of drippy medjool dates, and a couple generous fistfuls of deep deep cherries. Hopped with a whole lot of columbus, refreshing american varietals, rakau, and under ripe el dorado. Hints of signature raspberry, creamy orange hard candies, and douglas fir needles.
