Mature Escape is our exceedingly aromatic japanese rice lager brewed with fluffy gobs of sweet deep deep flaked corn, a tasteful flurry of zippy debittered black malt, vibrant english chocolate malt, and pungent signature lemon basil. Fermented in oak with a touch of precious donut peach. Hopped extremely heavy-handedly with brilliant warrior, intensely and complimentarily dry hopped with summit, and azacca. Big notes of refreshing lush candied lychee, excellent creamy organoleptic honeycomb, and distant campfire.
