History is our dreamy pale wheat ale brewed with deep n sticky foraged very dark malts, an abundance of soft comforting malted bohemian pilsner, and abundant amount of gloppy raw meyer lemons. Barrel conditioned for 6 months on loads of texturally rich green strawberry, just a bit of hand selected white sage, and a conflation of sweet n supple lychee fruit. Hopped with southern cross, oh so aggressively with excellent kohatu, intensely refreshingly with hyper fresh hallertau, and creamy ella. Singing with notes of ripe zippy mango nectar, semi-sweet vibrant guava, jaw-dropper dreamsicles, and mmmmmmmmmmmm.
