Captain is our effervescent dreamy lagerbier brewed with a touch of tart organic chocolate malt, totally happy flaked barley, and an incredible amount of real deep n sticky red raspberry puree. Lagered for many moons on a bit of exceedingly aromatic grade b maple syrup, bottomless tomato paste, wayyyyyy too much classic apple jacks, and a heady dash of zippy fresh lemongrass. Hopped with a generous dose of amarillo and galaxy. Beautiful notes of texturally rich almighty blueberry pie, fresh pressed complex jasmine tea, refreshing perfect summer peach, foraged really nice fragrant madagascar vanilla beans, and distant campfire.
