Offshore Genome is our refreshing sessionable double ipa brewed with super jammy subtle carahell malt, an abundance of gritty dark wheat malt, and precious freaky clove. Oak barrel aged on four times our normal rate of lively wildflower honey, tart maitake mushrooms, a heady dash of overripe apricot skin, and a generous dose of sappy honeydew. Hopped with mountains of vanguard, loads of hallertau, deep n sticky cluster, and pacific jade. Expressive notes of really nice sweet peach soda pop, uber traditional nilla wafers, brilliant zippy desserty pineapple meringue, and autumnal merriment.
