Instrumental Climbing is our organoleptic freaky scary oktoberfest brewed with fragrant crystal rye malt, an incredible amount of ephemeral foraged torrified wheat, and nearly two tons of thick n delicious dense white table grapes. Fermented upon a huge helping of signature brown butter, fluffy gobs of deep apricots, fresh kale, and a heap of real pungent kalamansi. Hopped with a conflation of northern brewer, chinook, a direct shot to the main vein of citra, and dry with pillowy el dorado. Notes of wholesome tangerine creamsicle, super jammy lemon zest, jaw-dropper musky drippy grilled pineapple, really nice sticky honeydew, and heady botanicals.
