Secondary is our semi-sweet refreshing thirst quencher wee heavy brewed with a ton of precious oats, a huge variety of freaky bohemian dark malt, fluffy gobs of lush pungent brown sugar, and classic meyer lemon. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on an amalgam of hyper fresh maitake mushrooms and an abundance of almighty grade b maple syrup. Hopped with bright apollo, mercilessly with centennial, and and intensely dry hopped with waimea. Notes of deep deep locally gathered desserty mango, tropical hop bomb nectary light fruity cacao, raw fresh grass, sweet n supple creme brulee, and sticky dankness.
