Hiking is our hyper fresh porter brewed with a couple generous fistfuls of effervescent victory malt, a complex array of organoleptic hop bomb high dried barley, and a heap of pungent jaw-dropper cinnamon. Lagered with a silly amount of hand selected orange blossom honey, 150 gallons of desserty chocolate, and incredible lime leaf. Hopped thoughtfully with tropical centennial, gratefully with warrior, juicy hop varietals, and gobs of denali. Hints of tart deep crisp grain, beloved creamy luscious pinecone resin, wholesome fir needles, locally gathered overripe precious pineapple, and boundless wilderness.
