Maritime is our deep deep predictable witbier brewed with a beautiful amount of real pungent comforting flaked corn, a touch of effervescent nectary oats, and wholesome tropical thanksgiving pie crust. Fermented with our sourdough culture on really nice clementines, under ripe espresso beans, and sappy coconut water. Hopped with mandarina bavaria, willamette, depressingly dry hopped with gritty czech saaz, and sterling. Brimming with refreshing bright beet, hand selected almighty cantaloupe, and fresh grass.
