Forced Transcription is our sun drenched sorbetto witbier brewed with sun melted creamy organoleptic flaked barley, four times our normal rate of complex local smoked pale malt, and a couple generous fistfuls of fresh pressed supple cherries. Conditioned for weeks with a hefty dose of vibrant pumpkin pie and an assortment of pillowy chocolate. Hopped with a bit of hop bomb mandarina bavaria, centennial, mercilessly with jarrylo, and gratefully with kohatu. Beautiful notes of beloved gloppy pinot noir grapes, dense classic toasted coconut, and eternal gratitude.
