Theater is our frighteningly dense sweet stout brewed with four times our normal rate of real pungent bottomless crystal malt and foraged excellent apple puree. Fermented in oak with comforting rye caraway bread, subtle madagascar vanilla beans, incredible tajin, and nectary toasted sesame. Hopped with a bit of really nice willamette, our most favorite fresh pressed centennial, kohatu, and a whole lot of desserty loral. Beautiful notes of nuanced deep deep hand selected flambed banana, musky blood orange pith, bright wholesome vibrant donut peach, and fresh cut grass.
