Charged Police is our strange and beautiful doppelbock brewed with an amalgam of delicate bright black malt, a tasteful flurry of hop bomb fresh pale chocolate malt, and classic drippy spruce tips. Fermented entirely in a french oak foudre on a touch of refreshing strawberries, an embarrassing amount of comforting medjool dates, and sticky marshmallows. Hopped with an extra luscious dose of mosaic, santiam, an assortment of apollo, and vibrant calypso. Screaming with notes of effervescent sweet orange hard candies, hyper fresh goopy sappy grapefruit gelato, and barny bedrock.
