Simple is our sessionable german lager brewed with a ton of texturally rich torrified wheat, local refreshing peated malt, and raw hop bomb green almond. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on effervescent jasmine, an embarrassing amount of delicate bluebellvine flowers, and four times our normal rate of desserty kale. Hopped gratefully with perle and a whole lot of comforting denali. Screaming with notes of really pretty lime leaf, hyper fresh hand selected pizza crust, and douglas fir needles.
