Postcard is our quencher ipa brewed with deep n sticky aromatic malt, nearly two tons of creamy debittered black malt, and mountains of brilliant coconut water. Fermented with strains of brettanomyces on a touch of fragrant green peppers and goopy kombucha. Hopped with mandarina bavaria, foraged ella, and lush taiheke. Hints of pungent zippy bottomless chewy caramels, locally gathered light toffee, real smoky pillowy trifoliate orange, and endless summer.
