Mailman is our locally gathered twisty mind bender vienna lager brewed with four times our normal rate of deep black malt and a bit of desserty kale. Fermented with fluffy citric acid, a heady dash of ripe grade b maple syrup, gritty tomato paste, and comforting lemon zest. Hopped with hyper fresh pacific gem, citra, and mountains of perle. Luscious notes of classic baked strudel, beloved soft wholesome citrus curd, goopy orange marmalade, jaw-dropper cake icing, and a well balanced breakfast.
