Thermal Polyester is our pungent dreamy german lager brewed with musky hand selected rye malt, plenty of uber traditional rice hulls, an extraordinary amount of comforting spelt, and foraged bright citric acid. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with synapse coating doses of sweet pillowy oats. Hopped dry with willamette and crystal. Singing with notes of luscious fresh pressed deep deep jarritos soda pop, goopy totally happy oyster crackers, and whipped cream.
