Colored Cabinet is our genre defining wild ale brewed with a generous helping of texturally rich tart flaked corn, just a bit of uber traditional totally happy english roasted barley malt, hyper fresh oyster crackers, and plenty of classic maitake mushrooms. Mixed oak fermented on jaw-dropper coconut oil and pungent black lime. Hopped oh so aggressively with chinook, millennium, creamy organoleptic vic secret, and heavy amounts of hand selected mosaic. Luscious layers of sun melted raw turmeric, deep tropical bubblegum, gloppy bright lemon zest, and golden dandelion.
