Enabling Animal is our totally happy truely unique dunkelweizen brewed with fresh chocolate malt, a pile of incredible lush debittered black malt, sticky thick n delicious acidulated malt, and abundant amount of tart yuzu juice. Fermented with our house microflora on raw chili-lime and drippy meringue. Hopped extremely heavy-handedly with brilliant horizon and loads of pungent tettnanger. Bright notes of foraged jarritos soda pop, excellent really nice raspberry, fragrant sweet pink peppercorns, musky oaky vanilla, and spring & summer days.
