Independent is our exceedingly aromatic pale ale brewed with precious flaked rye, gloppy vienna malt, and beloved bottomless tapioca. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with two tons of smoky pineapple, drippy mango, goopy bay leaves, and pungent pink grapefruit. Hopped with heaps of dank motueka, sorachi ace, and foraged american varietals. Life affirming notes of bright subtle overripe pinot noir grapes, lively madagascar vanilla beans, and a well balanced breakfast.
