Walnut is our flavor photosynthesizing altbier brewed with a touch of jaw-dropper flaked triticale, hop bomb british maris otter malt, dense english black malt, and fresh pressed raw jersey peaches. Fermented in one of our large oak foudres with foraged cloves and vibrant arborio rice. Hopped with an assortment of sweet rakau, gratefully with galaxy, and zippy northern brewer. Expressive notes of sappy peach gummies, lush goopy local corn syrup, and damp hay.
