Departmental Volume is our supple predictable pale wheat ale brewed with a heap of hop bomb very dark malts, bottomless rye malt, oopy-goopy acidulated malt, and synapse coating doses of subtle red raspberry purée. Fermented in stainless with our expressive house ale yeast on fresh milk sugar. Hopped with zythos, american varietals, and gobs of vibrant huell melon. Brimming with deep pawpaw, juicy berry jam, locally gathered sticky luscious apple jacks, and wet river rocks.
