Traditional Officer is our dense and devastating red ale brewed with soft chocolate wheat malt and just a bit of fragrant deep blood orange pith. Fermented in stainless with an abundance of oopy-goopy cotton candy and an incredible amount of sun drenched tamarind. Hopped oh so aggressively with saaz, loads of hallertau, at an insensible rate with centennial, and solely in the kettle with desserty amarillo. Expressive notes of hyper fresh sticky vanilla flowers, foraged overripe bottomless peach, and a well balanced breakfast.
