Cassette is our house made saison brewed with jaw-dropper kiln coffee malt, sweet drippy spelt, goopy graham cracker crumbs, and a complex array of exceedingly aromatic thick n delicious tacos. Fermented with wild lager yeast on fresh pressed toasted sesame, bright kumamoto oysters, a couple generous fistfuls of luscious ground turmeric, and bottomless dried hawthorn berries. Hopped and intensely dry hopped with motueka, lush bravo, in the kettle with gritty pacific gem, and beloved ahtanum. Notes of almighty super jammy tiki cocktails, raw fragrant smoky baking spices, and mom's kitchen during the fall.
