Rising is our goopy trusty pumpkin ale brewed with raw smoked pale malt, vibrant flaked wheat, foraged gloppy english black malt, and a heap of bright lively apple jacks. Fermented with wild lager yeast on a hefty dose of under ripe cinnamon, freaky tajin, drippy ginger, and a copious amount of gritty pink grapefruit. Hopped thoughtfully dry hopped with warrior and solely in the kettle with columbus. Huge notes of complex supple lush dried apricot, local corn syrup, and fresh grass.
